How to play
Set an Ante and, if you choose, a separate 6 Card Bonus. You and the dealer each get three cards. Look at yours, then either place a Play bet equal to your Ante or fold and lose the Ante. The dealer reveals their hand after your decision.
A dealer needs queen high or better to qualify. If they do not qualify, a played hand wins 1:1 on Ante and Play pushes. If they qualify, the better hand wins both main bets at 1:1. Equal hands push. A played straight or better also earns the Ante Bonus, even if the dealer wins.
Three-card hands rank: straight flush, three of a kind, straight, flush, pair, high card. A straight beats a flush here. A-2-3 is the lowest straight; Q-K-A is highest. Suits do not break ties.
The 6 Card Bonus uses the best five-card hand from all six cards. It uses normal five-card rankings, where a flush beats a straight. Three of a kind or better pays. It still settles if you fold or the dealer does not qualify.
This practice table uses Ante/Play and optional 6 Card Bonus. At a 1-unit Ante, opening costs 1 unit plus the side bet, and playing adds another unit. No cash balance or real wagers.
Remember Q-6-4.
Play queen-six-four or better; fold lower hands. Compare the highest card first, then the next, then the last. Q-7-2 plays, Q-6-4 plays, and Q-6-3 folds. Any king high, ace high, pair or stronger hand plays. The side bet does not change this decision.
Read the felt.
Ante Bonus is automatic on played hands: straight 1:1, three of a kind 4:1, straight flush 5:1. It requires the Play bet. The 6 Card Bonus below is optional and independent of your main hand.
